Perc

For our Perc Coffee Liqueur, we ethically source Peruvian coffee beans from a local roaster. With only four ingredients, there are no artificial flavorings, colors, or sweeteners, and the natural coffee flavor shines through.

Perc Coffee Liqueur

A big and bold coffee flavor with notes of caramel, baker’s chocolate, and rose. This liqueur is great for traditional coffee cocktails, by itself, or for desserts and marinades.

Coffee & Cream

2 oz. Perc
2 oz. Half & Half
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Fill a pint glass with ice and add ingredients. Shake extra to make frothy. Pour into a coffee mug. Garnish a shake of cinnamon and grated nutmeg.

Café Lavanda

1.5 oz. Perc Coffee Liqueur
1.5 oz. Cold Brew
.5 oz. Lavender syrup
.5 oz. Half & Half
1 small pinch Cinnamon
Lavender sprigs

Add the coffee liqueur, cold brew, lavender syrup, and cinnamon to a shaker. Add ice and lightly shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with Half & Half. Garnish with lavender sprigs.

The Aztec

1 oz. Snowdrop Vodka
1 oz. Perc Coffee Liqueur
.75 oz. Saxtons Ghost Pepper Whiskey
.75 oz. Half & Half
2 dashes of Aztec Chocolate bitters
Chocolate shavings

Add ingredients to a pint glass. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Espresso Martini

1 oz. Perc Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Snowdrop Vodka
2 oz. Cold Brew
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
3 Coffee beans

Add ingredients to mixing glass with ample ice. Shake extra long for foam creation. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans.

Perc-a-Tonic

1.5 oz. Perc Coffee Liqueur
.5 oz Grand Marnier
6 Dashes Lavender Water
Tonic
Orange peel

Add ice to a Collins glass and then add the Perc, Grand Marnier, and lavender water. Top with tonic, and express an orange peel over glass and rim. Serve with a straw.

Boozie Moozie

3 Scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 oz. Maple Bourbon, Maple Liqueur, Honey Bourbon, or Perc
Bourbon cherry
Whipped cream

Add ice cream to milkshake cup. Put in blender until softened. Add alcohol and mix until smooth. Put in coffee mug, top with whipped cream, a bourbon cherry, and a straw.

Saxtons Revolver

2 oz. Sapling Maple Rye
1 oz. Perc Coffee Liqueur
2 dashes Blood Orange bitters
Orange peel

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ample ice. Shake and double strian into a martini glass. Express the orange peel over the top of the cocktail and wipe on the glass’s rim. Also use as garnish.
